Holiday Cheer From "OUTSIDE" The Bottle
These are decorations made for wine or liquor bottles. They are made on a ring, decorated with ribbon, a mini decoration placed in the center and two strips of ribbon hanging in front to finish off the bottle tie. These "Bottle Ties" have been copyrighted.
